METHOD 1 {WITH PC}
First of all you need to download these software.
✔ DC UNLOCKER {DC-CRAP}
✔ After downloading install it on your PC.
✔ now get your modem
✔ insert an unsupported Sim card into it
✔ plug the modem to your computer
✔ now run the DC CHAP as administrator
✔ on the first option select your modem type
✔ select auto detect
✔ and click search.
It should detect your modem now by the right side you will see an unlock option, now tap unlock
